Class struggles need to extend from factories and offices to Google, Facebook, and Twitter. The theory of digital labour is an ally of users, whereas those approaches that want to reassure us that users are unproductive do not side with the interest of users and denigrates them as unimportant in class struggles. Representatives of the Old Left want to have their factory struggles back without realising that Facebook is a new factory.
